Sapler a.s.
Sapler a.s. is a company producing and selling especially printed carrier bags. Our employees are mainly disabled people. The company was founded in 1998 and started as a small company focused on business.
During expansion of our company we could count on many years of experience in market of packaging materials and we gradually developed into a company with more than 120 employees.
We own several machines producing blown film, machines for flexographic printing and for finalization of plastic bags and sacks.
We are producing films especially from HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, MDPE, PP and BIO materials. The films can be printed double-sided with up to 8 colors.
On customer's request we can produce plastic and garbage bags from biodegradable material that are environmentally friendly.
Sapler a.s. also issued a quality policy, which is an expression of a long-term intention and vision in improving the company's management system. In 2019 Sapler a.s. obtained certification for quality management system according to EN ISO 9001: 2015. We also hold the Blue Angel (der Blaue Engel) certification. It is the oldest eco-label in the world, which is awarded to products that are environmentally friendly. Our Blue Angel products are made from consumer waste (post-consumer material), where existing products are recycled and then a new product is made from them. This system ensures a closed circulation of the material and at the same time also protects the environment.
